its been stuck on Get Upgrades Packages.. for 1 hour now?

My site was working fine all of a sudden get message on dashboard to upgrade, please help.

You have installed 2.0.4 version. Your latest DB version is empty. Before the click to “Run” button make sure that did the following:

Create full site’s backup.
Set maintenance mode (if you need)
You have nice Internet connection
After the click to “Run” button, the update process will be started. All information will be displayed in “Upgrade Log” field.

If the update was successful, you will see a corresponding message. Otherwise, contact technical support if the update failed.

Deactivate all of the UM 1.x extensions, and then run the UM 2.0 upgrade. It should run after that. You may have to manually install the 2.0 extensions. Can’t remember where they are located.

Click the text that says, I have read the pre-purchase questions and want to ask a question and you will see the form.

@tekfused is correct. Pre 2.0 extensions are preventing the upgrade process from completing.

We’re putting together some documentation on this as we speak.

Currently i have used my backup and resorted it. Can you let me know when issue gets resolve so that i can upgrade to new version.
