# 1×1 image

 * Inserting an new image with media library, the resulting code has height=1px 
   and width= 1px viewed in the text screen, which must be edited out by hand. I
   have read many posts about this issue, and solutions offered e.g. reducing image
   size are not working here, indeed I just added a smaller image 600 x 300 jpeg,
   and the result is the same.

 * Having the same problem. I am running WP 3.8.1.
 * Once I successfully change the size of the image, I can the edit it directly,
   but you have to get past the 1×1 issue.
 * Hope there is a solution soon, this is a pain.
