I am unable to change the template and am wondering: 1. How to upload a new template – I FTP into my account and only see a “logs” subfolder 2. Then installed WordPress manually. Doing it this way should solve most of the problems. If you use the blog from 1&1’s Control Panel, you’ll be extremely limited.
