Extra fee not shown on invoice and mail

This is nice plugin and its useful for me Thanks for this plugin. But i have one problem, i have add two payment gateway method and one of method (i.e. cash on delivery) charge extra amount and when i place order by selecting cod my email and invoice add extra amount but not shown description of extra amount. Please help me.
