• Dear everyone,

    I am getting trouble with my hosting provider on “Suspension Mitigation Case”, and they moved my hosting to another hosting.
    Here is my website: http://huggaz.com , built with wordpress 3.5.1 + woo-commerce plugin, and it was block few day ago.

    If I am not wrong, this hosting is crazy.

    Any suggestion is appreciated.

    What did they suspend and/or mitigate you for? We can’t do anything about what happened to you, but we have may have some ideas on how to prevent it next time.

    They haven’t informed me any info. What they did is block the website and email me to upgrade my coding, and if I cannot do it they will have technical team to solve on this and charge RM 250.00

    it doesn’t make sense, it should be their issue.

    Now I cannot do anything.

    Yeah, none of that is really helpful to us or you. Given the lack of details and their plan to charge you more money for something they won’t explain, I think it’s time to move to a new hosting provider.
