    Hi,

I’m familiar with styling html emails and I understand that I can style the tags of the individual fields in your plugin. For example, styling <%fieldname6%>. However, Since I have several conditional fields, I’m concerned that styling each field individually will display all fields (even blank ones) in the notification emails that the plugin sends.

Can you inform me of the best way to style the labels so that only the relevant labels of the particular email show without the blank fields.

Here is an example of the styling I want to achieve:

    Thanks!

    Hi,

If you want customize the design of notification emails, you should insert each field by separated, and use HTML tags. Another solution will require customize the plugin code.

Since this is a conditional form, I’ll have to add and style all of the fields. Will all of the fields show in the sent email even if they’re blank? I only want the filled in form fields to show in the email.

    Hi,

In a conditional form the dependent fields that have been excluded from the form, by the fields values, or choices selected, are excluded too from the notification emails, even if the field is inserted explicitly in the notification email, for example: <%fieldname234%>

Please, these questions related with the premium version of the plugin should be treated through our support page:
