Woo-Commerece Shipping – Multiple Items…

Hi,

Is there a way to set shipping as:

1 item = £3.25
2-4 items = £7.50
5-15 items = £16.00

I’ve spent ages trying to work this out and can’t see a way, can anybody out there suggest how I can do this please.
