Can i have some tips for slowness, i guess this is not first time this topic gets asked. Found some funtctions.php instructions but they didnt help much.

How did you detect that cf7 slows down your site and no other plugins?
Do you use any cache?

In our case there were over 22.000 files in the folder \wp-content\uploads\wpcf7_captcha\
after we deleted these, the site was faster again.
Is is possible to use only 10 or 25 random keys? Generating and (saving/loading) over 11.000 keys is a bit silly. And Slow.

If that does not solve your problem you can consider to use the cf7 honeypot which is imho much more user friendly than captchas:
