[Seeking Plugin] Product Registration

Hi there,

I have need for a product registration plugin by which a user visits a URL and enters some information (including a unique product serial number) and submits the data. The site will recognize the serial number and validate it. Each number can only be used once, and the system should detect false entries.

Does anyone know any existing plugin that does this?
