    Hi Lien88,
    There is a possibility that other plugins overwrite menu position of DW Q&A, you can go to this link <your-domain>/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=dwqa-question&page=dwqa-settings to edit settings temporarily. May I have your site admin account for further checking?, If possible, please provide it via our support page http://designwall/question/ using a private question.
