• If a Guest user goes to the page, leaves the Email Address field blank and presses Submit (to trigger the Submit a Ticket button), it allows the user to generate a ticket without validating the email address at all. Or even validating the field to make sure something was entered, email address or not.

    This is a problem because we have no way of following up with these tickets!!

    If this form could be “hidden” after a validated email address was entered, it would be much less confusing to the user as well, at the moment it looks like you’re supposed to submit the email address again to submit the ticket that appears below.

    A much more minor side request would be to remove the table around this initial Guest email address form, it makes formatting a nightmare because there’s no way to left-align the Submit button.
