    Hey guys, theres a problem with the plugin. Have tried it on 2 sites, one of them a fresh install. It activates, allows me to register, then says “This theme requires the IgnitionDeck WordPress Crowdfunding Plugin”. Following that link just takes me to your site which I can’t log into. So seems like there’s no way to finish the installation process. I’m trying to check out the free version to see what it looks like.

    It says “Use the commerce selector below to choose an eCommerce platform for use with IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding (IDCF)” but there’s no selector (I guess because IDCF isn’t installed…).

    Clicking on “Configure Ignitiondeck” brings up a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” – again I guess because IDCF isn’t installed.

    Any thoughts?

    The error from the theme is a bug that will be fixed in our next release. It shouldn’t have any negative effect other than the persistent message.

    That said, it should be downloading and activating IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding. Do you see that listed in your menu or plugins list?

    I think that’s the problem- it’s not actually downloading it. Have tried a couple of times now (deactivating / deleting / Add new) on both sites. Same issue: the IDCF plugin isn’t there.

    Do you have an ignitiondeck-crowdfunding folder in your plugins folder, or a 2nd ignitiondeck folder? Which version of IDF are you running?

    The only ID folder in plugins is ignitiondeck. Just downloaded and installed today, so running the latest version (1.0.5). Fresh install of latest wordpress, no other plugins installed or activated except the latest version of WooCommerce. Have tried deactivating that and deleting / reinstalling ID but I get the same result, so I don’t think it’s that.

    Can you reproduce the problem on your end? No ID plugins installed, then installing the framework and registering a new account but IDCF doesn’t install…

    I’m unable to repro the issue. We use file_get_contents, which is sometimes not supported within certain server environments. You might check with your host to double check.

    It could take a bit of time too. Are you waiting until the registration processes and the screen refreshes?

    Hi again. I checked with hostgator and they said file_get_contents should be fully supported. Haven’t had any issues with upgrading plugins etc. from within wordpress so it seems like downloads normally work.

    I was letting it refresh before I did anything, but to be safe I deleted ‘idf_registered’ from the database, deleted the plugin, re-installed and re-registered again but still having the same issue.

    Is there somewhere I can download the IDCF plugin manually?

    You might try enabling wp_debug and also examining your PHP error logs to see if anything is preventing the download. We don’t have a way to offer the plugin outside of that package, unless you purchase it from our website.

    My IgnitionDeck Plugin did not automatically install. I did see the idcf_latest.zip in my plugins folder. I had to manually add that plugin.

    I’m running on a Windows 2003 Amazon AWS server. Check php.ini and allow_url_fopen = On.

    This might be related to PHP version. We use ZipArchive, but that requires 5.2+, which should be standard on most installs.

    Sounds like it may be downloading but not unpacking.

    Sorry I meant 2008 R2

    I’m using php 5.4 if that helps. I checked the syslogs and there have been no php errors.

    Not sure if that helps at all.

    Hey guys, great work with the quick update. Only thing is there are no PHP files in the root “ignitiondeck” folder of 1.0.6. So the plugin doesn’t install via wordpress, or show up in the wordpress plugins page after a manual install.

    Sorry for the error here. Delete and re-install, that should do the trick. We uploaded the entire dev branch instead of the plugin folder.

    Hi, I downloaded, installed and activated plugin…

    You have registered successfully, and IgnitionDeck has been installed and activated.

    Here’s how to get started using IgnitionDeck:

    Use the commerce selector below to choose an eCommerce platform for use with IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding (IDCF)
    Activate Theme 500 , if you wish to use it
    Configure IgnitionDeck
    Create your first project

    but when clicking on “Configure Ignitiondeck” brings up a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
