Is the native WordPress video player responsive?

    Hi:

    My client embedded a video into her site using the “Insert Video” option in the TinyMCE Editor and the video is there and it’s nice but it isn’t responsive. The theme is responsive. Running WP 3.9.1. If it IS supposed to be responsive is there something I need to do to make it so?

    I assume I will need to use a responsive video player plugin but wanted to confirm this is still required –

    I’ve tried searching for an answer but I get back hundreds of posts about responsive video player plugins. (Sometimes just getting an answer to a simple question is really hard.)
