How many users you are trying to show?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I’m showing just one. The shortcode I’m using is like this:

    [TLB id="my-shortcode-id" username="username" total="1" width="100%" show_followers="true" link_followers="yes"]

It worked just fine, but then suddenly on day just threw the error. I didn’t touch the plugin in any way. Perhaps it could be caused by some other plugin?

Try changing the shortcode id to refresh the cache. Also check the shortcode in the text mode of the editor to be sure that there is not html inside of it.

    Hi again,

Maybe I should’ve mentioned that I’m using a text widget to display the shortcode on (I also tried a php-widget). The error persisted whatever I tried, so I just used the TLB-widget and hid the followers with some CSS.

Thank you for the help regardless and I really like the plugin.

    Cheers!

Could you try with another user to see what happens? Also try disabling other plugins to see if somehow one is affecting it. I cannot reproduce the error on my side
