406 Not Acceptable wp-admin

Yesterday, I updated site to V3.9.1 and using ‘All in One Wp Firewall & Security Plugin’, I removed my ‘rename login page’ option, as it had been previously causing lockout issues.

Now, I cannot gain access to site wp-admin or wp-login on my PC – it returns a page ‘406 Not Acceptable’. URL “http://justframes.com.au/wp/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.justframes.com.au%2Fwp%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1”

Note, I have tried access with all plugins off & still no success.

Also on my PC (Win 7) the site fails to render correctly, it shows as left aligned html style. HOWEVER – if I open the website on the same network (IP address) using my Laptop (Win 7) the site renders correctly!! Further more (which is totally confusing me) is I can gain full access to the dashboard via wp-admin & login….???

I am using Google Chrome, home network, checked the PC for all latest updates, have cleared the browser cache a few times – any help appreciated as to what I may have missed on my PC to fix the issue.
