Certain username doesn't work

Hi,
I had trouble adding a username (kept saying wrong username) but finally got it to accept it. But now the player doesn’t appear (widget), tried embedding in a post and the player appears but doesn’t load the tracks.
It does work with other username though.

Any ideas ??
