updated Woocommerce, lost 'cart', 'checkout' etc

I installed the latest version of woo commerce today, and now my shop has lost its ‘my account’ page, the ‘cart’ as well as the ‘checkout’ page… I’ve tried all advised fixes like saving permalinks etc but nothing works… Anyone got a clue? I’ve been at it for 14 hours and still can’t find a fix… I’ve read about the new Endpoint URLs they now use, but I don’t know how and what to change to get the pages mentioned to work using these Endpoint urls…. here’s the site: http://www.brindleandwhyte.com
