Hello. I know that option. But it’s when i’m using url from my blog. I want to replace my post urls with other domain links!

You can’t. It’s not your domain. If you need to link to that, just link to the other domain.

I’m sure there’s a reason that I can’t figure it out, but why would you want to make pages on your site “link” to a different site?

Where do you want these links to appear?

In the menu? Goto Appearance -> Menus add a link and save the menu.

On the front page? Depending on your theme and/or setup you may/may not be able to edit front page. But if you can simply include a dummy h2 that is a link to the website you want user to go to, a featured image and some snippet text to give the illusion of a post.

In the Sidebar? Appearance -> Widgets Add text/html widget to the sidebar and include a link. If you don’t know how to make a link go to w3schools.com

Or you could always use redirects. Just redirect each page you want to the other site; https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/
