Booking Are Closed even my booking function is enable

Hi

I am helping our residents community area to setup food events page. I am having problem on booking function.

It said “Bookings are closed for this event” but the Booking/Registration function is checked with “Enable registration for this event”.

Can you advice what is going wrong and how to fix this issue?
