    Could you please forward us your email id along with your StoreApps order details at support@storeapps.org so that we can send you the updated file that would help you search for ‘scheduled’ status using Smart Manager advanced search functionality.

    Also, you could create a wordpress admin account and forward us the login credentials at support@storeapps.org so that we can make the required changes in the Smart Manager plugin on your site and resolve the issue asap.
