fields and text inline

    1. I did text + fields inline, but when alert box comes up its everything mixed.
    2. submit button is on the left, i want under bottom.

    Anybody idea? its on this website http://projects.qbf.ie/twoscompany/.

    I want to show inline and the alert box appear at bottom just once or under each line .
    Using this:
