set up video chat

    hello i am searchinf for a plugin or a service or anything that let me integrate a video chat service. the video chat will be for 2, maximum 3 people, and will take place now and then
    i have tried the avchat plugin but it is a nightmare only for a demo
    basically i need my website as a referring point for people when needed for a consultance.that is why i don’t wont Google or skype, as it will need software
    i need it on the go and managed i my site
    idea?
