Error while clicking Search on the header widget

Using The Newswire child theme. I am about to launch the site I made using these theme but noted that when I click on the search icon / image on the top right corner of the page (shown in the screenshot), I am getting an error although the search command works. I am not sure if this error is there in the theme and none noticed or if I messed up something while playing around with codes (i am usually careful with it though) as I am new to codes. Maybe I could just remove that search button but don’t know how to do it. Need help with this. Thanks. Hare Krishna
