WP Pro Quiz Bug?

    I have executed a quiz. Sometimes it will work and start, the after making changes only in email settings, it dissapears.
    I can’t get any help – have posted before. Can’t find any but the most rudimentary tutorials (my quiz has pictures – should that really be that difficult???).
    On preview it works beautifully, then I update the page it is posted to – preview the page – log in (user name & email), click start – then in the place on the page where the quiz begins a blank white box pops up – NO QUIZ!!!

    Isn’t there ANY support for this product???
