Theme Without Blog! How To Create?

Hi all!

I am working with a theme that doesn’t have any blog pages! All post content is brought to the home page and you can’t set up a standard blog or category page. The project requires separate Category pages for each main topic. Any suggestions for plugins or solutions to create blog pages from scratch within the theme, which can’t be changed as it contains too many key features?
