doesn't work (e.g. in Subscribe without commenting)

Hi there,
We installed and set up the plugin. We noticed a bug: in the MANAGEGMENT PAGE setup, the original text in the “Subscribe without commenting” field had the strong tag around [post_title], and the visitors could see the [post_title] in bold on their browser.

But as soon as we change the blurb, the strong tag didn’t work anymore (it’s simply displayed as part of the text, and nothing is bold anymore).

We tried a few things: 1) using the b tag instead; 2) using the BOLD or ITALIC buttons on top of the “Subscribe without commenting” field . But this didn’t work either.

Below is the blurb we had entered in the “Subscribe without commenting” field. As you can see, the words [post_title] appears below in bold characters – as it should. It’s like your plugin didn’t recognize CSS anymore once we altered the field; but it did with the original blurb??! That’s puzzling.
