Tab cookies doesn't work

Hi

The tab cookies doesn’t seem to work. When I reload the page, I will always get back to “tab 1”, and not stay at the current tab which I would like.

I can’t even find the option to disable/enable this function, as seen in the screenshot here: http://guides.tabbervilla.com/wordpress-post-tabs/settings-customizations/plugins-settings-page-101/

Have this function been removed?
