WPBakery Visual Composer plugin mess my web site after a migration!

Hello, after having migrated a backup copy of my web site I’ve got an error message: “Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in […]/htdocs/wp-config.php on line 90″
I tried to edit it with no result.

When I deactvate the Visual Composer plugin the the issue seemed fixed but all of the shor tcodes belonging to the plugin was visible! I tried also to delete .htaccess with no result. Another attempt to fix was to change the memory limit of the wp-config and of the.htaccess; no result again.
I wonder how to fix it pls? The same backup copy works well when installed locally. Another sandbox installation works well too with the same backyp: http://aerostrato.x10.bz/ Thank you.
