• The main language of my site is Chinese.

I tested if the Chinese characters were typed in, it could not be counted.

I set the minimum Title Word Count and Content Word Count as 1.

It always shows the title is too short and the content is too short whatever I typed in how many words.

Please help to fix it! Thanks in advance.

Hi. I am not familiar enough with the Chinese language to figure out the exact cause of the problem. However I can tell you how the system calculates the number of words in a piece of content. It does so by counting the spaces between words. If there are spaces between words and it is still not working properly then let me know I’d love to take another look at the code for you.

The Asian language (such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean) normally doesn’t have the space between words.

    For example:该函数必须要传递一个参数,根据参数类型返回单词的个数。

How does it count the length of content?

I hope you could find a solution could support all of the languages.

Well that explains the problem. How are words separated in Chinese?

There is no space between words.

Only the long sentence is separated by comma.
