Urgent error — need help from expert!

I have recently made a mistake in the WP configurations i think and i’ve read a few articles similar to my case but i still cannot find a way to fix it!
My website url was http://www.fablabstyle.com and my blog URL was http://www.fablabstyle.com/blog. OK, then, I have recently changed the name of my company so I changed both URL above to http://www.ilovetoglow.com And I got an error right after i saved the changes, which is the following:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, or webmaster and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Can someone help me to get back to my site, im so anxious….
ps: i cant even get into my PHPadmin.
