How to have images in wordpress with social sharing options for each image in wo

Hi,

I want to have a vertical list of images in my wordpress page where I can post and image and it will displayed on the page with social network like buttons?
example – I have some funny pictures and there is a page on my site where i want to upload it whenever i find something interesting and it should have sharing options as well.
My theme currently would not allow me to post as image.
Just want to show images so that no need to open any post etc and it should have sharing options as well
How can I do this? 🙁
I tried custom content type but it opens like the posts. I dont want to open the link to see image.
Please help me someone
