Fatal error: Call to undefined function

    I get this error when I try to add a new category in the admin…
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_specialchars() in /home/mayreee/public_html/wp/wp-admin/categories.php on line 49
    Anyone have any ideas?

    What version of WP are you using? I’ve seen this mentioned as a squashed bug from the December 12 nightly build. If you are using that or earlier, then I would suggest upgrading to 1.5.

    Thanks, not sure if I needed to upgrade or not, but I did and it worked!!!! Thanks for taking the time to help me 🙂
