wp-admin screen partially blank

    Sorry, I should add that my website itself appears to be working just fine, just the control panel I can’t access properly right now.

    @bluffmunkey, did you resolve this issue? And if yes, how did you do this.

    Having the same issue. WP version is 3.3.2. Website is working fine.
    Blank workspace and the admin bar on top has dissappeared also.

    Strangely when I go to a plugin settings page the workspace is working and the admin bar is showing fine.

    I removed and uploaded a backup of the WP files but that does not help.
    Considering a manual update as the automatic update is visible.

    Hi, I update WordPress manually and now everything is working fine.
    But what caused this?

    Hi

    Yes I had a friend of mine update WP as well. I tried to update it from my admin screen, but with the workspace being blank I couldn’t do that.

    He uploaded files manually via FTP which I wouldn’t have known how to do myself.
