Feature Request : Limit ping not more than once per hour

    Hi.
    First i Would like to thank you for this plugin.

    I was reading google guide on “Submitting a sitemap” https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/183669?hl=en

    and Here google clearly “recommend that you resubmit a Sitemap no more than once per hour.”

    However i am in niche where i have to publish more than 1 post within an hour. So plugin will generate more than 1 ping within an hour. Which clearly voilates the google guideline.

    So my request to you that if Possible please provide and option within plugin setting to not ping sitemap to google and bing more than once per hour Even more than 1 post will generate within an hour.

    Sujeetdit, I’ve been considering this for the next release and (per your request) it will be added for sure 🙂

    In the mean time, you could use an external service like http://ifttt.com to create an hourly ping (only) when new content has appeared. And temporarily disable pinging in the plugin options of course.
