Hi, Belenxi. The “off canvas” or “toggle” menu in the Link theme defaults to showing the first few pages in your site based on the “menu order” of that page. To set the menu to whatever you want, you can create a menu as normal in WordPress and assign it as the “header” menu.
However, the way that menu is designed with it being “off canvas” it doesn’t really handle multi-level menus. So the theme is set to only display the top level. If I can think through some kind of solution for this, I’ll update the theme.
In the meantime, if you wanted a more “traditional” menu (horizontal nav bar), my other themes Flat Bootstrap, Spot, and Pratt all support multi-level menus in the header.
Heeello Tim, thanks for answering that fast 😉 Well, I’d actually like to have subpages in that “Header Menu” but I just checked it out the way you told me and you’re right, I guess the core’s theme would have to be updated for it… I do like this ‘Link’ theme, so maybe I will take a deep look at it a bit more hehe. Thanks a lot again!
