My plugins work only with admin!

Hey everybody , am facing a problem with my WP website . Once I active any plugin it works only with admin user , when am not login as an admin i have no access to see the plugin.

I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins and active them one by one , but i didn’t reach any solution!
