For a short time, you were offering EZ Adsense Pro for the price of opening a support ticket, or $.95.

I went ahead and opened a support ticket, purchased it through my PayPal account.

I was told I would receive EZ Adsense Pro in my e-mail within 2 days. It’s been 4 days now, and I’ve received nothing.

Additionally, when checking on the status of my support ticket, I have no documentation of any ticket#, so I cannot check on the status of it.

What’s really going on here?

Here’s the thing: this plugin author knows that commercial support is not for these forums.

The problem is that the plugin page in the WordPress repo only has a link to buy the commercial product.

That’s really not good. I think it would be more appropriate to post a link to the “Pro” page instead.

Looking at the plugin source it appears that the URL might be the following.

Which does not seem to include a contact page.

I do not see any contact information but I encourage you to use the email address for support of the “Pro” version. Please take it up with the plugin author directly.
