In the right direction!

This is a straightforward plugin that is fast and easy to use. It could use a settings page that allows the administrator to:

limit/choose which pages the popup should appear
choose whether the end-user can hide the popup
choose colors and link options
categorize questions
add tags to each questions
add “read more” or hyperlinks within answers
add “was this helpful” link to help the site owner identify most effective questions
add reporting to see which questions are most popular, how many questions are asked in a given site visit, etc.

Nonetheless, the plugin is quick and great for a small website. Great job! I’d like to see what a paid version could do.
