    Thanks for hopping in the forum. There are a few ways to add the form to your site. The easiest option would probably be adding it as a widget. Check out this page for full instructions on installing the plugin: http://connect.mailchimp.com/how-to/81 Under the ‘Add the form to your page’ section it explains adding it as a widget.

    Another option is adding the form with a shortcode, this is more of an advanced option. This section of the plugin page has details on using the shortcode: http://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp/installation/
