The shortcode goes on the html editor of the plugin komper (vnetware)

I look forward to a response

@majestor – I’m not familiar with that plugin, does it properly parse shortcode structures normally? Have you contacted its plugin author to see if they have had other related issues?

The other thing to consider is if the shortcode structure you are using is using “smart”quotes or not, it can be expected to not work if smart quotes are used on any of the parameters.

Hi, well the author helps me all the time, but he cant find the issue.

Thanks for the hint, I will try to remove them.

The problem with the gallery plugin is only since we changed the pages of the komper plugin to dynamic url like a week ago. before everything was allright

@majestor – Can you change the “komper plugin” settings back to what they were?

    – Cais.

@majestor – Thanks for the update. It does appear it may be related to how the “komper” plugin is working with paths/URL in its interface. Our apologies for not having a work-around for the issue that plugin appears to be causing.

If the “komper” plugin author is not able to sort this out, or would like our help, please feel free to have them contact us via a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) so we can see if there is anything we can do to work better with them.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
