Wordfence has blocked me from logging. I’m the admin!
I tried renaming plugin in FTP!
I tried renaming admin username and MD5 password string in phpMyAdmin!
I have Clef installed and that doesn’t work!
I cannot have password sent my email because Wordfence is blocking it!
I’m it’s going to block my IP if it hasn’t already!

Sheesh! How can I log in!

Use FTP or CPanel file manager to delete the Wordfence directory which is usually /wp-content/plugins/wordfence

Not resolved!
Deleted entire plugin with FTP.
Still getting Passwords have been disabled for this user.
Still can’t email password.
Tried new browser
Tried using phone 3g – same issues. Turned off wireless so it wouldn’t recognize my ip

Hi Fungoody, take a look at your .htaccess and search for your IP and remove it from the list
