Gets stuck at Crop

    Hi,

    I’m really liking this plugin, but unfortunately it’s refusing to go past the point of cropping. The image selects fine and I can then move the selection to the desired point (I’m using a forced hard crop with custom dimensions), but when I select “Crop” the button greys out and then nothing further happens. I can still hit cancel, but the image then appears in its full size.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Anders,

    Thanks for getting back to me!

    I’ve setup one ‘image with user-crop’ field for all pages and I’m getting the same issue with any image that I use, whether uploaded or from the media library.

    The standard ACF image field works fine when I change the field to that, so looks like it’s just the crop that’s the problem.

    That’s strange. It must be a conflict with either the theme you’re using or one of the plugins you’re using.

    To help you further we’ll have to narrow down the issue. Try:

    1. Disabling all plugins (except acf and this add-on). If it works then, try enabling the plugins one after another until you find the conflicting plugin. Let me know how this works out and what (if any) plugin causes the conflict.

    2. If disabling plugins didn’t make it work, try switching theme to one of the standard wordpress themes and see if it works. If it does, it’s an issue with the theme.

    Hi Anders,

    Thanks for sending through those suggestions, I was able to trace the conflict to a plugin called Media Features. As soon as I deactivated that plugin, yours started working perfectly.
