Installs, but fails on scan.

    The plugin installs but does not scan, instead a pop-up with an error message that begins:

    Error Message: Wrong Answer Format…

    and later in the message it mentions Fatal Error.

    I cannot copy/paste or get a screenshot of the pop-up dialog.

    Viewing some other support tickets, I deactivated several security plugins to see if they were creating an issue, but received the same error message when attempting to rescan.

    I should include that I deactivated all other plugins, and retested the plugin after the initial scan attempts failed.
