• hello,

I have a problem with the upload of images. Once my images are loaded, an error is recorded next to the file name. Undifined [oject object] and the images do not load. In the end, this error is written: There Was a problem Uploading the file.
    Were uploaded 0 images
This is the first plugin I install on the site. So no possible conflict.

    Thank you for your help

  • No file will upload for me either. Have the latest update. I’ve tried single files and a zip file, all I get is the “Upload complete 0 images uploaded”

I have gotten the photos online in this way:

I created the gallery then opened my ftp client (filezilla in this case) and navigated to the NextGen Gallery folder I just created. I uploaded the original images to this folder.

Then went back to WordPress and opened that gallery under “Manage Galleries” and clicked “Scan folder for new images.” It successfully did the scan then created the thumbnails. The gallery is now loading for me.

I’m sure that experienced users of this plugin would know to do this, but I had to learn it 🙂 However, it was easier when I could upload it through “Add Gallery/Images.”

Before the above I did turn the plugin off and on. I did turn off all other plugins and try the upload. Nothing worked.

@nar01 – There could be a conflict with your current theme, or possibly even permission issues for your site. It could also be the WordPress Permalinks you are using, please ensure they are something other than the default (numeric) structure.

@bunnymingo – I would suggest you are experiencing a different issue and would recommend you start your own topic.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
