Hi. I activated a mp3 button in my website to let my users download sermons. The theme is from churchthemes.net/themes/trinity/. The mp3 upload is easy enough, creating the mp3, actually activating was fairly simple, but when you click on the mp3 button in the sermon you get a long winded message indicating you have a script error. If I try the button one or two more times it finally kicks out the prompt to download. Anyone have any idea on this?
    Gracious!

  • Have you tried this in more than one browser? If it does not work across multiple browsers, probably best to report what you are seeing to the theme authors.

I have tried it on IE 9 and chrome on two different computers here at home. Both give me the same error. Here is the error which I should have included in my original post. My bad for not putting that out there.
Script Error – Something went wrong: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 5226226 out of 14310459 bytes received. Please ensure the file at this path exists.

You really need to take this up with the theme authors. However this code constructed the path to the audio file, it did not work.

I haven’t had any luck with the theme authors in the past, even when I had paid for support.
