I've updated this for EDD 1.9.9

Hi everyone,

I’ve had this extension updated for the latest version of EDD available for download on Github:

It hasn’t been tested with the Mailchimp extension yet. I’m also not using this in a live environment because I decided to go a different direction so there may still be some things not functioning fully.

Anyone is welcome to submit an updates to the extension if there are issues that still need to be addressed.
