you seem to be using a custom made theme which makes it virtually impossible for the forum to help you with your problem.

start by working through http://codex.wordpress.org/Pagination

if you are not the developer of the theme, try contacting the developer for support.

If you use wp-paggenavi plugin, you’ll need to add an php code to the template to display pagination. Otherwise, you will need to add Next and Previous Links php code, also from the link above.
