Footer at Bottom when less content

    Hello!

    Need help with footer position.
    Development URL: http://182.73.106.243:5244/wordpressSMDSite/

    The footer stays at top when content is running long. But when the content is less, footer appears at the center or where the content ends.
    Tried applying the solutions from different blogs but couldn’t fix the concern.
    Is there a way to fix the footer at the bottom of page when less content??
