Comment form format is different under posts and pages

Hi All,

This seems simple but I can’t figure out where this setting is to be changed.

The comments form under my posts have 3 fields to be filled, “name”, “email” and “comment”.

However under individual pages, the comments section doesn’t have the name and email fields. Its only the comments field.

How can I change this?
