Get recent comments title macro problem

    The title of the get recent comments plugin is now rendering in my sidebar as the raw macro:

    %BEG_OF_TITLE%Recent Comments%END_OF_TITLE%

    I have no idea of the syntax of these macros, so can anyone see the issue here?
